The Centerpointe Building has been managed by Park West Group for over 23 years providing secure suites for businesses with a friendly and professional environment, allowing tenants 24 hr access. We provide different options to fit your personal business from conventional spaces to executive suites and virtual offices.

Executive Suites

We have executive suites ranging from 100 sq.ft. to 400 sq.ft. With a  professional receptionist to greet your clients, we offer many services to help you run your business smoothly.

Virtual Suites

With our virtual offices, we offer two plans to better suit your business. You can choose from :


Plan A: Which includes

  • A professional receptionist to answer your calls and take messages
  • Sign and receive mail 
  • Copier privileges
  • Postal privileges 


Plan B: Which includes

  • A professional receptionist to answer your calls and take messages
  • Sign and receive mail 
  • Conference room to meet with clients for up to 5 hrs a month (Additional hrs available at an hourly fee)
  • Copier privileges
  • Postal privileges
